Allbry is a Swedish telemedicine company aiming to make mental health support for young people accessible, providing a complete digital platform for student health teams and students.

Globally, many young people hesitate to seek psychological help, even as mental health issues increase. Allbry aimed to improve mental care by making the experience more approachable and engaging. Since the old platform couldn’t support this vision, we collaborated on building a scalable version.

Features created to enhance psychological support for schools

The product is designed to allow students to communicate with school counselors without stress or fear. In addition to direct communication, it enables school directors and managers to access analytics and reports to monitor students' mental well-being.

Student session analytics & mental state assessment

In order to understand if counsellors and school administrators are right or wrong when it comes to assessing their students’ state, we provided them with useful data.

Anonymous mode

The main barrier that prevents young people from getting support from specialists is the feeling of shame. We encourage students not to be afraid to talk about their mental health issues by offering the possibility to remain completely anonymous.

Adaptation-free chat & video consultations

We added a user-friendly chat with video calls and text messages.

Admin panel for school management & web and mobile for therapists

We've created different user-friendly versions of the platform for each group, enabling easy management of student interactions and tracking of their progress.

Emotional design for better mental health

The app features a modern and engaging design that combines sleek visuals with intuitive navigation. Its contemporary layout enhances user experience, making interactions smooth and enjoyable.

We improved onboarding with intuitive arrows and explanation of each step for better guidance.

We worked with Allbry on all stages of the product development: from ideas generation to product launch. At the end we’ve built and launched two mobile & web apps which are focused on user values and able to scale fast.

Fully customizable calendar

To maximize convenience for students and psychologists, we implemented technology featuring a fully customizable calendar to schedule and reschedule appointments, mark available time slots, and define session durations.

Balance user values & scalability

The main challenge while building the app was to focus on the user values, but at the same time create a product that is able to scale fast. We helped Allbry to come up with efficient software architecture and implement it step-by-step - without overthinking.

Product Launch

The platform launched smoothly, with the first client onboarding 100 students in the first month. Today, Allbry supports 87 schools and nearly 10,000 students in Sweden, with numbers still growing!
